Could be various of things (and I know, I've tried to discover the cause of my fatigue for about a year). Here are main reasons why:
- Food allergies (lactose intolerance can really make you tired)
- Anemic
- Are you exercising enough? I know it's hard to do when you feel tired all the time but it really does make a difference.

Could be what you are eating, if you aren't getting enough B vitamins etc. If anything see a doctor and get a blood test just to see if you are anemic or have a infection of any kind. Being tired all the time sucks. Good luck!

is this recent? you might be anemic.. you might be pregnant...

Sounds like you don't get any exercise which means you are not getting enough oxygen into your muscles and are not getting enough carbon dioxide out of your muscles. you will feel listless if you don't "pump up the jam" once in a while.

I think you might have anaemia.

I have the same problem.

I think you should exercise more.

My two cents: I have had a similar problem and it turned out to be a thyroid problem which is very common in woman today... Don't panic about amnemia etc. until you see a doctor, those were all the things I thought my symptoms were!

now is life don't think of now just witnes it

proper nutrition and exercise, i believe you do none of that.
So work on that and you'd find your energy level getting better.

there are a lot things that make you tired. Look at this list

1- Lack of sleeping - If you don't sleep the time that you are supposed to sleep (7-8) per night, you are most likely to get tired another day.

2- Wrong time sleeping - It is recommended to sleep from 7-8 hours per night. The best time to sleep is during the night time when the temperature of the air is not so hot and the time hour is pretty much silent. There are not much noise during the night time; and that makes your body to feel more relaxed during the night, making you sleep better. If you stay up to late or sleep during the day, you are not really relaxed because of the cars, factors, machine and people's noise. Therefore, your body is sleeping, but your brain and soul are not sleeping.

3- BAD BED - You should have a good bed with great space to your body. Plus, the bed has to be orthopedic bad to avoid back problems. If you have back problems, you are more like ly to not sleep well and feel tired in the next day.

Your posture also influence your life in the next day. If you had a bad posture during your sleep hours, you will feel not only tired, but also feel sours in your back.

4- lack of activity - Activities make you feel tired during the day. That make easy for you to sleep early and sleep well. The next day you will have energy to do whatever you want, the end of the day you will have the feeling of being tired because of activity that you made during that day. But that is normal. You just keep your sleep hours regularly (7-8 hours), keep sleeping during the right time (10:30 - 5-6:30am), and make exercises to help your body to sleep well during the night time.
