put some ice on it, as well as take 1 Advil to take down the inflammation and to help wit the pain, put some ice in a towel and hold it on the sore spot for 15 minutes then let alone for five and repeat. do this for about an hour then it should feel a bit better but you will be sore and stiff tomorrow. or you can go to the Dr. or a hospital or if your at a dorm see the infirmary and ask for something called "nor flex" it is a back pain pill. but it will make you feel high and you SHOULD NOT DRIVE or operate any machines or clime ladders.

Ummm, you need to go to the hospital.

Take a trip to the Er. You could have done some serious damage.

i would ice it then lay on a heat pad through the night if it doesn't improve by morning call a doctor/student health care
