I had one removed from the back of my heel nearly 4 weeks ago
and Ive just begun to walk again.
The thing is, im getting pain on the right side of my foot and down near my toes.. im worried because it also swells up.

Maybe it's not time for you to be on your foot yet. Give it some more time, and do a follow up with your Dr. I hope it gets better.
Not fully recovered as yet- see your surgeon again.
