carmex is the very best product for this problem. Use it RELIGIOUSLY...I live where we have some of the coldest winters in the country...and I get this problem EVERY winter...but, as soon as I use carmex - it's gone in about three days

You should try a cream lightner. Skin succes is a good brand or Ambi.
