NO. A crushed disk is where the vertebre in your back simply collapses onto another. It does cause alot of pain and you more than likey have a pinched nerve at that site. Chec with you DOC and discuss the quwestions you have. I may have been a Nurse now for 29 years but I still don't know it all.
no to break your back is to actually rupture your spine a crushed disk is a back injury of course but you have not broken your back
