Cool. First "gross" question I ever got to answer!

First, learn how to spell feces and the searches will go much better for you, there are people who feed on the misspellings of others in search engines.

Feces (Commonly called "Stool" in the medical professions) can be thickened by adhering to a balanced diet of meats, cheeses, breads, dairies, and vegetables (Cheese is another good search term for "constipation").

If that diet is not available, I'm given to understand wheats and corns are a fair bet. Loose Feaces is a COMMON occurrence resulting from bacteria in water sources! Rice is probably not the best idea - but look up this term instead - diarrhea. Still can't believe a .gov landed before Wiki on that one. Best to you.

i dont think there is anything that will keep fecal matter together.... if your have a problem pooping take some stool softeners or try lots of fiber.... that should do the trick but thats if your having a problem going.....not to sure though on what keeps it together. sorry.

Banana , soft stool .Have nice day

There's some interesting info at the link.

I was going to answer your question, but: A)I have no idea what the hell you're trying to ask, and B)I don't like your tone
Before you start being a twit and throwing around pointless idle threats about reporting people, you should learn to spell and form a coherent sentence. Just a word of advice. Report away.

The fiberous material makes it soft & easy to to pass but fine flour will make it thick & one gets constipated.

You may have lactose intolerance, stay away from dairy for awhile and see if that helps.
Try the BRAT diet....Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, toast, and see if that helps.
Stay away from fried foods, this can cause loose stools.
Try doing a google search for a "healthy digestive tract" and see what you can find. Look on reputable places such as Web MD, Mayo Clinic, anything with .gov is usually pretty good with information. Good luck. And you can always call your doctor for advice.
