Take your friend to the bathroom and get them to suck on some toilet roll whilst you apply toothpaste to the affected area. This will take care of the virus and ward against further attack as sand chickens don't like toothpaste!

Try to stay calm, but don't drink tea as this will cause you to experience a panic attack that will be so extreme that your head will explode which will be no use to your friend as they clearly need your help!
