Everyday. Annoys the crap out of me. I wanna sleep till it is time to get up! It's like I have an internal clock or something. Everyday I wake up about 10 minutes before the clock. And on off days, I wake up when my clock would have been set if I was working.
Always.
Good morning to you too. Depends on the alarm. The cellphone, the cats or my hubby bringing me some coffee. They all take turns in waking me up.
Always.
3 to 15 minutes before it goes off.
Unless it is REALLY important (like work or doctor appointment) I never set the alarm, I just concentrate for 30 seconds on what time I want to wake up.
Then I wake up at that time.
no because i go to bed so late, too much time spent on yahoo answers!!!
dont go to sleep :-(
Sometimes, but it's okay. I always have something I can do before going to work. BTW, it's bedime in Los Angeles!
No. Its too loud when I sleep before it so now I sleep behind it. Now I wake behind it. Much better.
nope, havent gone to bed yet, and yes I am in the uk and yes its 6.15 here aswell in "sunny" london, I have insomnia and am calling the doctors when they open in an hour and 45 mins.
pretty much,I do most mornings and annoyingly on the weekends too when the alarm isn't going to go off, must be programmed, anyone have a cure besides unemployment

Sometimes ,but not this morning

My biological clock rhythm (aka routine) always wakes me first, ! only use an alarm clock for out of the ordinary sleep!
Most days I do
Don't use an alarm clock - superfluous - am awake even before it gets light.
yes i do im up at 5am each morning, take my dog out, then shower and breakfast, get my fella off to work, and do housework, before meeting or visiting friends to pass the day on, today its mums birthday, so i'll be taking her to lunch, its mine tomorrow so i dont know what will be happening, but ill be pampering myself today in preperation for it.
Yes, this is one of the reasons why I'm a insomniac. My neighbors dogs, who I wish "ill upon!" is the other, if not the cold, environment.
