Will this rug burn EVER go away!?!?!
Question: okay...so i was dragged by friends on my tummy across the carpet. and it left 2 HUGE rug burns on my belly. one month has gone by and its healed up (i guess) but its still pink and VERY noticeable!!
will it ever go away and go back to my normal skin color?! and what can i do to speed it up?! i'm only worried b/c i'm going to the beach in 2 months and i want it to be gone by then so i can wear my bikini!!!!

Yes it will go away, but it may take a while. I have been married for 25 years, but there was a time (before we were married) that my wife and I both had some rug burns. (we were a little more adventurous back then) Mine were completely gone in about three months, she is very fare skinned and it took her almost a year.

i have one on my neck (dont ask) almsot gone got it about 3 weeks ago, just a slightly darker patch there..hardly noticable
it will go away it takes time...
Too bad. It will take years to completely heal. No matter what you do, you're stuck with it for quite a while. Sorry
Lol well alot of people have gotton rug burns and i have. They all went away. I wouldn't worry too much.
