I have a really bad pain on my wrist..what can I do??!!!?!
Question: I compared both of my wrists and i see that my left wrist has a bone or little ball that hurts really bad, and i checked my right wrist and my right wrist doesnt have that small ball, or bone, idk what it is, but it hurts really bad, the pain goes away for a little bit of time but then comes back again, I had X-rays already, and the doc says i dont have anything wrong...but it still hurts, the doctor said it might also be tendonitis and he gave me medication, but it didnt work........can anyone tell me what it could be, or what i can do to stop the pain??!?

I have the same thing and there is not really anything you can do. Ice pack altering with heat pad. My doc did give me a steroid injection into the site and I have been pain free with it for about 6 months now. Tenditits is what you have.
If your doctor won't do anything, get a second opinion. I had the same problem and my doctor gave me a steroid injection. It completely took the pain away.
