I keep having these weird, short headaches in my temporal region?!
Question: I have these dull, achey sinus headaches almost daily, but over the past 3 or 4 days I've been getting these really sharp, painful headaches above my left temple. It feels like someone is stabbing me in the head. They only last a few seconds but it's like a blinding pain and they happen without any warning.
Any ideas of what it could be?

See if you're running a fever and see a doctor if you are. You might have a sinus infection. I sometimes get sharp pains along with the pressure of a sinus headache during a sinus infection.
see a chiropractor. They are more likely to find the cause.
