I have this injury problem, anyone have any ideas???!


Question: 2 months ago I "think" i overstretched a muscle in my thigh or groin.. and it still hurts when i run!!! it still hurts after 2 months there must be something wrong???

Is there a different injury that is in the thigh or groin area??

What can i do to help it??

go to the doctor or your local gp never no whatyou pulled you could of ripped your tendund which hurts. i think you should rest for now though and be safe.

More than likely you do have a pulled muscle in that area, however after 2 months you are still in pain Go to the DOC

Get to the docs mate. I'm not saying it is, but it could be a hernia. I know you do weights, so this may be the cause.
