I have this weird pain between my rib cage...?!
Question: it feels as if a rock is lodged there...and it is very uncomfortable...sending small pains to the right side of my chest...i think it may be gas....or indidesgtion...but i have been having this problem for 1 week

That sounds exactly like the pain I get from my hiatal hernia. You should get it checked out. Another possibility is gall stones. If it gets really bad (like screaming out loud unbearable) that's likely a gall bladder attack and you would have to have it out.
There are so many things that can cause pain like that (costal chondritis is another). Please see your doctor.
Wife had same problem last week. checked heart and it was okay. Turned out to be bronchitis.
it might be a breathing problem
