Knee pain in left knee?!
Question: When i put and weight in my right knee i get a lot of pain. It only happens when i get on a table at work and have to crawl putting weight on my left knee.

its "housemaids knee" or infrapatellar bursitus. ice it a lot. only for 10-15 mins at a time though. And get one of those knee guards the other guy mentioned

just get knee guard .....it help tons
not knee guards as in sports
i mean a type of cloth the stops ur bone from moving too much. dont sit down too often or ur muscles will get stuck together so walk more often to make ur legs included!
sounds like a cartlidge problem, i've just had mine 'fixed' by keyhole surgery. In and out in the day, it's still stiff but getting better by the day.
Or you could stop climbing on the table!!!
it happens to me aswell, i went for x-rays, and the dr said it is some bone that still need to grow on, only a few teenagers or youth have that problem.
