Anyone use Tylenol PM rapid release gels as a sleep aid?!

Yes, especially when I'm working night shift and have to sleep during the day. They make me feel drowsy in bout ten minutes, and my eyelids are droppin' in 15!!!
Yes they do help!!! According to how your body reacts to the meds that's how fast they work!!!
