It should be totally safe to consume. Stating that it has 700% vitamin A is merely stating that it contains 700% (7 times) the Recommended Daily Allowance of that particular vitamin. That number is based on guidelines established by the government which determine what your MINIMUM daily intake of certain vitamins and minerals should be in order for you to remain healthy.

Vitamin A is water soluable, meaning it is easy to excrete. If you drink a juice with high amounts of Vitamin A, your body will take what it needs and excrete the rest through your urine.

This is why I'm not big on taking mega doses of vitamins. It doesn't matter if something has 800% of the RDA or 100%, your body will only use what it needs.

I don't claim to be a nutritionist, I am an RN who had only a short course in nutrition, but what I do recall from that class and from the books on nutrition I've read in the meantime..is that It is safe to give fertile women, independentof their vitamin A status, as much as 10,000IU (3000
