How can i get beater sleep?!
Question: like most people i have a busy life. i find my self getting six- seven hours a sleep at night. i still wake up foggy and feel tired all day. then i will take 4 hour naps once a week. This just started i am used to getting about 8-9 hours though. school and play are bigg factors in my time restrictions. is there something in my diet or just before bed that i can change that will let me get beater sleep and be more refreshed

Besides some warm milk at bedtime perhaps valerian or 5-HTP might help or some of the other remedies that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".
Cut out caffeine and sugar.
You can try drinking a glass of warm milk to help you get better sleep.
