Knee hurt what should i do?!
Question: i was running and the bottom of my knee went one way well the top went the other way.it still hurts really bad to bend it.there is no swelling.but i can not bend it with out the worst pain ever and it hurts worse then when i broke my arm.
what should i do?i cant afford to go to the doctors.should i buy a brace from wllgreens?what can i do to get rid of the pain
also if you have any suggestions on how to get rid of pimples that would be great.i dont want any pills of kits.

my knee hurts really bad too. i went to my doctor and he told me to get IcyHot cream. it works really well. i use it everytime my knee hurts.
i don't know but, you can get rid of pimples by holding ice on it for 2 minutes, everyday or every now and then
