It is probably Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), my son and I both have it there is nothing they can do for you if it is only occasionally happening, if it doesn't go away soon some things you can try are putting an ice pack on your eyes (something to do with the nerves) or squating. If it last hours or days then go to your dr. and they will give you a shot to calm it down.
This sounds very much like heart palpitations that could be due to a magnesium deficiency.
