How can i speed up the healing process for my skin?!

Question: i have a pretty bad rug burn on my tummy, and i'm scared it wont be gone by June (which is when i'm going to the beach)

what can i put on it that will make it heal faster?


so far all im using is aloe vera gel with vitamin E.
