How can i make this go away?!

Question: my cat jumped off me and got a few long scratches on my arm near my elbow....one of her paws scraped down my arm

it doesn't hurt at all, but it's still red (two days later). how can i make it go away so it doesn't scar later (believe me, i scar EASILY)

Go by some neosporin for scars that should help rather tha that i dont really know
