Um....okay i have a question about my hands?!


Question: i, um..sometimes my hands will start hurting for no reason and i wont be able to move my thumbs w/o it hurting alot, and ususaly i can't lift things

i do know why..but i'd like to know how i can make it stop...basicly i probably messed up the mussles in my hands

so does anyoneknow how i can help it not happen so often?

I think its safe to guess what cause it.....


& I'll say it again, go to a doctor, get EVERYTHING taken care of! Just fixing the effect isnt going to solve everything... & yes, I know, the main issue cant just magically disappear, its something that will take time.


Till then... Maybe just some pain relievers.

I would definatley go see a doctor. This happened to my dad once and it turned out his hands were allergic to cold. Don't ask me how that happend, but it did!

I would definitely recommend seeing a doctor. This could be the beginning of arthritis, Renaud's phenomenon, fibromyalgia or an auto-immune disease such as lupus. In the mean time, try taking a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, usually abbreviated to NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen. Also, a topical ointment with lidocaine may help to ease the pain.
