Muscle or something hurts behind my knee?!

Question: im in track and do hurdles
and recently we been doing harder than nomral workouts
my right knee feels really weird every time i move it
it kind of hurts but at the same time it feels like a pressure against it on the inside
what exactly is this?
what are some things i can do at home to make it feel better?
what can i do in the future to prevent it?

people usually get hurt in places they use too much. for example, if there is someone who loves do things with their arms, their arms might start aching. my mom says it is because people would be growing, but dont always trust her. maybe you have a muscle spasm. try seeing a good doctor. if itz not any of those, i have no idea.

People in sports are always prone to injury in different areas because of overuse. You can try an ice pack off and on to the affected site if there is swelling to reduce the swelling and take some ibuprophen over the counter to help with inflammation as recommended on the bottle. Do not over use ibuprophen. There is a reason there is a limit.

If there is a lot of pain you may want to see an orthopedic doctor who deals with joints and bone injurys or a sports injury doctor. However you may want to ask your insurance company first if you need referred to this type doctor for payment to be made. Most insurance companies want you to be referred by your family physician. Not all of them but most of them do.

pulled muscle but i'm not a doctor, might want to check with him for it my be a pulled ligament.
