Kidney stones can be caused by severe dehydration such as saunas.
Other possible causes include too much calcium or too much uric acid.

Do we think WHAT could be part of your problem? Drinking several quarts of water a day is supposed to reduce your risk for stones. I know, for me that would be killer. Ask your doc if there are certain foods you should avoid.
