I get migraines too...here's what I do.

Migraines for me are a combination of nausea, and blinding head pain.

I take ginger, which I get packed into gel caps at a health food store. Ginger stops nausea, and also is an antispasmodic. If you enjoy ginger, then sushi ginger or crystallized Ginger works too. The amount is flexible- take what the bottle recommends to start, realizing you can take more.

Head pain- there is an herb called 'fever few' which is a specific for migraines- once again, the health food store.

Hormone changes can cause migrainees- birth control, regular hormonal cycles (women and men) can make them worse.

There is also an acupressure point of your hands. It is located between your thumb and first finger in the web of your hand, about 1 inch inward from the edge- it will often be painful if you have a migrain. Press it- hard. Hold it as hard as you can for 30 seconds, then let go for 30 seconds. Repeat this 3 times on each side (right and left hand) often it helps and you may notice immediate partial relief.

i think you should go to the doctor Anna or eat pills and i wish that you feel beter!!
