Which is stronger - Oxycodone or Hydrocodone?!

Question: My plastic surgeon prescribed them both to me after the same procedure, and I don't understand the difference. Just want to know which one is strongest.

Oxycodone{Re; Percocet, etc.} is stronger than Hydrocodone {Re; Vicodin, Lortab, etc.} Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are both a man made synthetic, both are addictive but the Oxycodone is certainly more effective for moderate to severe pain..Hydrocodone, the lesser of the two works well also, but has a lesser narcotic effect on most people..it is best the most prescribed of the two! oxycodone is oxycontin, oxy ir. Oxycodone is only percocet when it is mixed in a 1 pill combination with tylenol (apap). Oxycodone is a schedule II narcotic and is stronger than hydrocodone
