It "Could" be anything from a simple bruise to a life-threatening internal hemorrhage. If it doesn't go away with simple analgesics like aspirin, Tylenol or Motrin you need to go the ER. If you're having other symptoms like blurry vision, slurred speech, muscle weakness then you need to go to the ER. On the other hand, if it goes away with an ice pack and Tylenol, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

take a aspirin or something take a nap good luck

You should go to the doctor to get a CAT scan!

you need to go to the doc. to get checked. if your head started to bleed, then you busted your head open. for now, try drinking tylenol or advil capsules.

Just go to the hospital. Yahoo isn't the place to get an answer on a question like that. Even if you get lucky and some doctor answers to this, you can't really diagnose anyone based on a question posted on the internet.
Go and see a doctor!

go see a doc

Just go to the doctors and or get an x-ray done. For now just try a tylenol. Get well =]

You probably need to see a doctor immediatley!!! You could have a number of things!!

It's possible that you have a minor concussion. You should get it checked out. Is it generalized pain, or focussed in a specific area of the head?

You need a x-ray.

see a doc
