Toe pain help?!

Question: Hi,
Sometimes, without any reason, my toes experience intense pain when I move them. It's a stinging pain although there are no cuts, stings or anything like that. It's more of an internal pain. I cannot walk on it for about 3 days.
Does anyone know what this is and what can be done to prevent it or at least help with the pain?
