walking can actualy give you energy. you can help your bodys energy by a regualr exersize routine. it helps your heart. it also regulates your bodys sleep patterns. eat more fruit and more protein. these combine will help your body be more healthy, and more energetic.

Ecstasy or caffine.

caffiene or coffee
carbs
energy drinks
energy tablets/pills

Could be a medical conditions. Some medical conditions which cause fatigue include anemia, infections, diabetes, and thyroid diseases. You should probably start taking vitamins to substitute the vitamins you may not be getting in your current diet. Other causes could be stress, inactivity, and bad eating habits.

I'm not a doctor, though. Best thing to do is to make an appointment with your doctor to discover the underlying cause.

I used to feel weak until I tried...(sorry, that sounds too much like an advertisement).
I'm getting on a bit now and my body isn't as efficient as it used to be, so I take what are known as 'slow release' vitamin B complex capsules. I bought them from Boots the Chemists. Now, I won't say I feel on top of the world, but I do feel very stable. Any help?

Stop being so lazy and get up at a normal time like the rest of us have to would be a start.

you need to go for a walk outside

Ok first off all going to bed at 2 am isn't the greatest...but it sounds like you have low iron in your blood.....Go to your doctor and get your blood tested.....or their could be something else wrong.

Hope that helps!!!!!

woah thats weird im EXACTLY the same lol... well i do like meat and milk so thats certainly not the reason.. i wish i knew what i could do but i really dont! the only thing i found is to have energy drinks but that can get bad for you in the long run so you cant rely on them.

Im trying to start going to bed earlier and wake myself up after 7-8 hours sleep. Then getting up, doing some exercises and having something nice and refreshing like a smoothie =) yum lol.. i really dont know if itll work but so far it seems to be helping.

Also try not to sit around and watch TV.. I do that too and all im thinking is that if i dont do anything then ill just live like that for the rest of my life! yuck ..! go out with your friends or just take a walk .. noone will know your not heading anywhere lol =)

anyway good luck! and if you do come up with another miraculous cure then be sure to let me know! x

I am certainly not a doctor; it is always best to check with a doctor first! But, generally speaking, why not start with a multivitamin/multimineral pill each day, to make sure that you are getting the added nutrition that you need. Also, try to get more protein in your system, since you don't like meat/milk. Cheeses, poultry, fish, fruits and veggies that you like, whole-grain breads. Make sure to take the vitamins as well. You are young - enjoy the fresh air and your life. You'll wish that you were 17 again just a few years from now!!! Salud!

Your probably too young to have cardiovascular disease symptoms. So try this.... Eat more meals and less portions per day. One meal a day will make you tired about an hour after you eat. Eat five meals instead of one or two.

im sorry to sound rude or harsh, but WTF, how can you sit and watch telly all day???? going to bed at 2am?????
get up get a job, get off your butt and do something, i wish i was 17 again with my whole life ahead of me, the reason you are so tierd is that you do nothing and your body cant be bothered...

Perhaps you need to improve your diet. More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health and energy. A lot of students don't eat properly.

Rhodiola Rosea (Siberian Golden Root) works extremely well for chronic tiredness and lethargy. Make sure you get the Rosea variety - you might have to order it over the 'net.

Ginkyo Biloba is good for mental alertness.

If you don't like meat or milk then you must try to take some other form of protein like fish, cheese etc.

A good quality multivitamin/mineral might help and you could take an iron supplement as well.

Stay away from stimulants like caffeine as they give you an artificial boost, but once the effects wear off you'll feel like cr@p.

Try to eat lots of fresh fruit 'n' vegetables. Don't eat junk either.
