keep ur wrist elevated and ice it to help with the pain AND swelling... gently wrap ur wrist with an ACE bandage and DO NOT USE IT...

for the pain u can take ibprophen(this will also help with the swelling)

and sorry to say but i think that u have either broken or dislocated ur wrist(possibly even both)... u really need to get to the hospital and have xrays done and since u cant take urself because ur only 13 then u NEED to tell ur parents... they probably wont overreact just tell them the truth that it was an accident and u guys were just playing around...

but if u dont get ur wrist taken care of u will have problems for a long time and most likely will develop arthritis...

GO TO THE DOCTORS

A few thigns are possible.. dislocated, damage to the ligiments holding the joint and bone together.

but my best advice is.. DON'T BE FOOLISH GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIETLY REFRAINING FROM GETTING MEDICAL ATTENTION NOW WILL DEFINETLY RESULT IN PERMANENT DAMAGE IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

good luck and see a doctor or go to the hospital asap.

Go to a doctor.

if your wrist is hurting and you are in pain, the best thing that you can do is tell your parents even though you dont want to worry them..especially since you have an irregular bump on your wrist and its swollen..there could be a very good possibility that your friend broke or fractured your wrist. since you are only 13 years old you need to tell your parents.. so that they can get you help if needed or they can get it checked out . thats what they are here for not to worry about you or over react..hope that i could help

nurse it secretly with ice. If that doesn't help, ur screwed and you need togo to a doctor.

SOON!!!

well your too young to drive yourself to the hospital, so unless you have an aunt/uncle who you can talk to I'd say the best way to fix this problem is to fill the void between you and you're parents with compassion and love (after you go to the hospital and get it checked out).

i'm sorry but you have a broken wrist!
if you dont tell your parents (i kno its so hard 2 do)
but you have to because if it heals that way the doctors may have to REBRAKE it and that would stink!
take some advil, ibuprofin, or a tylenol. put a cold pack or ice on it for now.
Good luck!

You should definately see a doctor if the symptoms are as severe as you say they are. Any sort of deformity is definately not a good sign. To take care of the swelling, apply ice, conpression (with an ace bandage),try to elevate it a bit, and rest it. It may just be a sprain but you should get an x-ray to make sure.

tell them... duh!

You need to tell your parents anyway. It's broke. Get your butt to ER right away. The longer you wait, the worse it will be.
