Their walking and running mechanics would be impaired. But with correctly designed shoes, they should be able to approximate a normal gait. By properly designed, I mean that the shoes would have a rocker-bottom sole; be the same length as the other foot; be rigid enough at the tip to compensate for the loss of the toes; and have a good lacing system to lock it onto the foot.

well, if they couldn't walk normally, i suppose then they might have to call a tow truck to take them places...

Not unless they got a replacement Big Tow. The big tow is what helps u balance. And catches your balence befor falling.

I knew this lady who was born with no toes, just toe nails. She did learn to walk, but she had to have specail shoes and couldn't walk all that far. So I suppose it would be possible.
