it could be gas. Are you constipated? Is the paid constant pain? does it hurt worst when you move a certain direction or does it stop when you lay down? I need more information to help you!
I'd say you should definitely pay a visit to your doctor. I have no clue, personally.
It sounds like you are having colon spasms. Colon spasms are caused when you may eaten something that does not quite agree with you or u are constipated.
