Knee Pain from the Trampoline - any ideas please?!

Question: So I have been reading lots of articles here about knee pain from trampolines, and it seems like most people who post them have had a specific injury.
I have not. I'm 15 and i study tumbling and martial arts, and I'm on my trampoline alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time. I haven't landed awkwardly and hurt my self, i haven't slipped and twisted my knee, but my knees just hurt from all the jumping
Aren't I too young for joint pain?
Have I already worn out my knee joints?
Is there anything I can do to fix it? or prevent it?

sorry to bug u all
any ideas would be appreciated!

It is possible to have osteoarthritis at a young age. Many young athletes and figure skaters suffer from it. If you feel pain, don't continue to exert pressure on your knee joint and take a break- even if it takes a whole week or two to go away. Once injured, your joints will take a long time to heal because there is less blood vessels supplying the joints.

Take care of your joints now so it will take care of you later on in life.

You might want to wear a knee brace when exercising on the trampoline. Walk and run more, this will strengthen you legs for impact.
