Blister on the bottom of foot, soccer game 2moro?!

Question: okay so I have a blister on the bottom of my foot from my game today, but I have another game tomoro. My blister has popped. I was wondering if I should peel the dead skin off, and then put a blister bandage over the new skin, or if I should leave the dead skin, and put the blister bandage there...

In pal class, we were told to leave the skin.. It stops other bacteria and dirt from touching the wound. I normally peel off the skin and then put on my bandaid though... So I suppose it all depends on what you feel is more comfortable.
