Best thing is to put them in a plastic bag and a little water. Get rid of them you may not know how old they are. Don't flush them and contaminate the water supply more than it already is. Did you do a search on its markings? And what did it say?
They're Lorcet 10/650, a narcotic pain reliever. There are a lot of contra-indications so don't be tempted to try them yourself. I don't know where you are, but in the UK you can take them back to the pharmacy for safe disposal.
