How long have you stopped smoking?!
Question: it was be 9yrs now, i used to smoke 60 a day, not now, though i smoke none i used no patches either just stopped.

23 years. Since I was born I never try a puff.

3 yrs but started again , found it hard the first time to quit so , am not looking forward to quitting again
