Feeling weak and tired...?!


Question: Every single day, I have been feeling very very tired and weak.
Especially on weekends. I sleep early at about 8-9pm everyday and have supplements every morning, I exercise twice a week and do not have any medical conditions.
I only have extra lessons and activities on Monday,Thursday and Friday,till 4 or 6pm. I feel so tired each day and during weekends I have headaches and feel very tired.
Just what is happening to me?

I think that for many, tiredness could be a symptom of something else. Tiredness or unusual tiredness could be a sign of too much stress, worry, broken sleep or even disease. I will a give a small example: my mother was feeling that same tiredness for over a year. It was unusual for her as she was a very active lady, who loved to travel, go to the beach, go out to social events. She lived her life to the full. When this unusual tiredness set in, we all thought it might be age, carrying a little weight, or just laziness. We just thought mums getting on. After talking to her doctor, and also getting a second oppinion she was later told she had colon cancer, bowel cancer, lung cancer and liver as well. It was basically right through her. She died 8months later after the secondary doctor told her to get tests. My mum left it too late. She let it go, and kept living with this tiredness. Dont let yours go on. Please go and make an appointment and get yourself checked first. Your body may be lacking in something, I dont know. Maybe your healthy as can be. But if you do this first then follow on from there you might find the answer. Goodluck and hope that alls well with you.

Your probably just really worn out by the time the weekend comes around, possibly not enough sleep?

Maybe you're body is not intaking enough iron... Or you should try acupuncture.

i think u just need a vacation.... and tons of motivation to do wat u want to do
