Take a piece of say mop or broom handle, drill a hole through it in the center, Take about a four or five foot piece of small rope or heavy string (Rope is better), Put one end through the hole in the handle, place one end of the rope into it, tie a knot in it to hold from slipping back out. Now, with the other end tie it to something that weighs about five pounds. Hold the handle straight out in front of you, start rolling the weight up until it touches the handle, then roll it back down. Do this for about five minutes, then do it again up to two to three times a day. In a couple days, increase the weight by a pound or two, then again another pound or two until you get to ten pounds. A barbell weight is the best. Trust me, both your wrists and fore arms and biceps will get hard as a rock. Good luck to you sir.

I'm not sure there's a possible way to do that...

there is an exercise that you can do; balling your hands into a fist and then contracting it into the "five finger" position, and then back into the "balled fist" position...if you do it repetively over a period of time itll work your forearms and wrist

sometimes after you break your wrist or arm you will get singed up for physical therapy but since the doctors didn't do that for you then you should sign up for yourself you will need this so the wrist wont stiffen up or freeze but if you don't want physical therapy then ask your doctor for advice i hope this helps!
