My knee hurts all of a sudden ?!
Question: Okay so me and my friends ahd to do a romeo and julie tplay at the aprk today ,
and it was fine when i was going to the park but when i steped out of the car i noticed my knees Kills when i bend it backwards.
and its really painful.
What could this be ?

Could be a simple as a strain or sprain but you could have hyper extended it.This is painful and will last along time if you dont rest it andtake it easy. Best thing to do is go to the doctor
