Question: when i got up yesterday i could not turn my head to the left when i turn it a little bit i get this awful fain and it forces my head back to the right help what happened and how can i stop it

Did you do anything the night before that could have strained the muscles in your neck? If you just pulled a muscle from doing anything or even just sleeping wrong, all you can really do is just take it easy and take pain medicine. Icing it will probably help ease the pain a little but this is something you will have to wait out.

You have a stiff neck. Put muscle rub on it and try to work out the kink little by little, It'll hurt. But, that's the only way to relieve yourself of it.
