What are the signs of infection after a burn?!

Question: I have a 2nd degree burn on my hand. There were three blisters which have burst leaving raw exposed skin.
What signs of infection should i look out for?
I have strep throat which caused my tonslitus...could this get in the wound and cause infection? I also have thrush form the amount of antibiotics ive been prescribed...could this cause infection?
It doesnt look infected but my hand feels stiff but i think this might just be because its burnt.

Burns are easily infected and when they are it can become very serious, more than an ordinary infected cut. Keep the wound clean, scrub your hands, apply a good amount of triple antibiotic cream applied with a sterile q-tip, and cover. Keep everything sterile when treating your wound, i.e. your hands, the q-tip, bandage, cream, etc. Change the bandage every day. If you see puss or other small blisters forming, or the the wound remains bright red, get to the doctor ASAP.

One thing to remember about oral antibiotics. If you do not take the full prescription as prescribed you are only hurting yourself. If you are giving a 10 day supply take all the pills for ten days. Taking a lesser amount will not cure the problem and causes your body to build up an immunity to antibiotics. You don't want that to happen. Taking five of the pills will not help you. You just created an immunity to antibiotics or a super bug in your body. Never take antibiotics unnecessarily.

it would be sore, very red and most likely have pus

some signs of infections (for all injuries in general) are:

-tenderness to the skin
-bright or dull redness around the open area
-leaking clear liquid
-white pus is seen around the edges or on top of the open area
-if no scab has formed over the wound

Reading some of these answers shows some are right and wrong. The clear liquid is plasma..the stuff in your veins and arteries that carry nutrients as well as red and white blood cell thru your body. The stuff you see in blisters. Puss is another of the bodies' defense, but may only mean localized infection and antibiotics may be needed. However, if you begin to see any red, blue lines running from the burn site towards your core then you need immediate help because that is an infection and it could lead to your heart. No worries, 2nd degree burns will heal..if you're worried about scarring there's an Rx called Silvadene cream...it has a great cooling affect and speeds healing and reduces scarring. I had a 3rd degree once and had that line I spoke of....
