It depends on what you define as high. Xanex is for anxiety, so it's not your typical recreational pharmaceutical. Tolerance, body weight, and metabolism all play a factor on how much it takes to get you "high". Either way, if she isn't taking it because it was prescribed to her, then she obviously has some issues. The only way to know how much she took really is to ask.
I am sorry this question is distinctly a misuse of YA and breach of Community guidelines since this drug is prohibited almost world over.
