Um, It's itchy because the sting dryed out some of your skin, and it's swollen because your body is still trying to heal the damage. I would recomend some ice to take the swelling down, and a moisturizing cream to help your skins itcyness. Hope I helped.

I know it sounds gross, but you actually have to pee on it to take the sting away, it heals itself after that...

You did the right thing soaking it in hot water and it should heal over time now. If the wound has prolonged swelling, is red, and/or oozes pus, it might be infected. If it is infected seek medical attention. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the limb, or in rare cases, death.

The only time it should have any liquids come out of it is right after you soak it in hot water. That is the venom draining out the wound.

Vinegar, urine, orange juice, or any other liquid besides almost-scalding hot water will NOT be effective against stingray venom. (Acids may, however, ease jellyfish stings). Just give it time and keep a careful watch on it. If it doesn't improve, see a doctor.

Pee on it or use meat tenderizer that will take the sting away.

He knows what hes talking about lol.
& NO I dont suggest peeing on it.
