Why is it bad to sleep in a braw?!

Question: My mom keeps saying not to because I "need a brake." I don't understand why it's bad but everyone says it is.

someine said that there is blod streams undernethe the bobbs and u should take ur bra off at night so that the blodd stream will flow

some say it causes breast cancer

It doesn't cause breast cancer. The bad thing about sleeping in a bra is that it might stretch out the bra.

It stretches out the bra, and I also personally believe in letting the skin breathe for a little bit. Plus not feeling so restricted can sometimes be nice. Haha.

I dunno, take a good look at your Mom's boobs. If they are sagging down to her knees, then you know not to take her advice. If they are firm and nice, then you should listen. Everyone is different.

It's not bad to sleep in a bra. It will not give you breast cancer. Its just in general, most women find it more comfortable to not sleep with one on. The only negative effect is if your bra is on the small side you may wake up with some red indentions around the staps...

I hate sleeping without a bra, i wear ones without underwire when i go to bed.. i just feel really weird if i dont.. and they kinda bother me if they are out lol maybe its just me..

because our skin cannot breathe when we sleep with a bra on. same as we should let our feet breathe and take off our socks

i sleep with my bra on i pesonally believe that sleeping without one will mishape your boobs i know its not true but idk i find it more comfortable that way and my boobs are quite round and firm and have been for a while :)
