Possible maybe. Is your pain a headache, or is the pain at the site (where it actually hit the door?). Chances are the pain is similar to that of a bruise, you hit a area hard, it's gonna hurt. But if you have bad headaches, drowsiness or memory loss then there's definite cause for concern. Otherwise give it time, it will go away.
look in to a mirror and see if your eyes are dialated. if they are it is possible.
