When is the best time to take vitamins?!
Question: I am takeing just calcium and a multi vitamin...wanted to know if takeing them at bed time is good or should it be taken in the morring??? and if i take 2 of each is good for me??? please help

morning is the best time, usually with your breakfast. Taking 2 really isnt a good idea for the multivitamin, one should do the trick, there is no need to double the dose (and definitely be careful is there is Iron in your multivitamin...too much of it, by taking 2 pills could be harmful)
as for the calcium, it depends on what dosage they are. An average female should take 1000mg a day. And to help with absorption, get calcium with Vitamin D.
Morning is the best time. It will help you to wake up. The evening isn't really a good time, unless you are going to bed hours later.
