How stop - help knee pain and lower back pain?!

For knee pain, put a 2 to 3 inch phone book on your floor & stand on it with the injured knee. Stick your other leg out with heel facing down. Now bend injured knee just enough to touch other heel to floor. Do this 3 times daily, doing 30 each time.
You can also lay on the floor & using your quad muscles, gently push the back of your kneecap down towards the floor, holding it for 6 seconds. Do 3 sets of 30 daily.
Lastly, while still laying on the floor, raise injured knee about 6 inches off floor whie keeping leg straight, & lower back down. Do 3 sets of 30 daily.

Stretching and warming up is always the best thing to do before any exercise specially when playing football never train or play with out a proper warm up or you're just asking for an injury. If the knee pain is reoccurring this could be a few things ligament damage or cartilage , this will effect your balance walking you may not think so but even the slightest of changes then have and effect on back muscles. Get your knee looked at, push to have an MIR scan on the knee. If you leave it it gets worse very quickly and you could end up with a false knee , I'm not kidding.

You need to know the cause of the pain before you can treat it. Go see a doctor.
