Ear Stretching?!

Question: Is there a chance at all that you can lose your hearing from stretching your ears?

& i don't want people to tell me it's gross, i really couldn't care.

I can't see how it could, and in some cultures people do that, the real "ear" or hearing organ is quite deep into your ear, behind the eardrum, an inch or more, think about how far a Q-tip can go before you hit the eardrum
