Headache...cough makes it worse?HELP!!!!!?!
Question: Hey i play alot of video games and on the pc alot 2, but after a while i get a headache on the back left side of my head...and coughing makes it worse...Anyone no if this is something to worry about?

You may have poor posture while seated at the game. If your head's in a bad position (bent downwards, for example), it can give you a head. Also, flashing images and other strong graphics in the game can give some people headaches.
Another possibility is motion sickness, if the game moves around a lot (like first person shooter games). This usually comes with nausea, though.
The cure in all these cases is to spend some time away from the game and relax. If it's bad posture, rearranging the screen can help: make sure that it's almost directly in front of you, so you can look straight ahead at it, and try to put the top of the screen a little bit above eye level.
Take breaks from the pc or game. But I think that's normal that it hurts worse when u cough.
do you wear glasses it could be that you don't have good glasses for the pc.they make glasswes for people on the pc alot
