Everything is hurting!!! please HELP ME!! :(?!
Question: Practically every muscle from my waste up is aching. It feels like I pulled muscles all over my body. I didn't. My neck & sholders are the worst. My face is very sore too. My neck has been hurting lately, I didn't sleep wrong or anything like that... I am very sensitive to touch, i'm usually not though? Please help!! Could I be getting sick? What could it be?

Has this been going on very long? If it has then it sounds like it could be fibromyalgia. I would recommend you see a doctor in your area who has experience treating fibromyalgia and other pain related illnesses. Many doctors are not well informed about fibromyalgia and similar illnesses and some don't believe they are real, so be careful picking a health care provider. Good luck.
